Is client audio or text ever uploaded?
No. Speech recognition runs on your Mac or iPhone and nothing is sent to us. For AI summaries you can choose the built-in ThinkScribe AI model, which runs on the device, or Apple Intelligence, which is provided by Apple. There is no account.
Can it transcribe a recorded client call?
Yes. Record on iPhone or Mac, or import the file. Speakers are separated and named, and every word is linked to its position in the audio.
Does it work with Word and my document system?
ThinkScribe types into any text field on Mac and iPhone, so it works with Word, Outlook, browser-based systems and anything else where you can place a cursor.
